He looks really bummed out and miserable, like he's depressed and ready to have a break-down. She is holding 2 drinks. His hands must have been full of packs of cigarettes and she had to carry his drink for him, unless she's taking the term eating for 2 literally and is drinking one of those drinks for baby Benjafer. The pic of them leaning on the fence has her baby belly hanging out. She needs to buy some new shirts because the old ones just aren't working anymore with that protruding belly.
