Summer, 2007: A Bastardly Tribute to the Mini-Skirt!

Summer just started and I have to admit, more & more chicks are dressing like prostitutes these days. Of course, I’m saying that I mind the extra eye-candy that’s sprinkled all around me, but it seems, the mini-skirts are getting shorter & shorter. It’s like some straight-up daily hoochie competition & the only winners are the proud members of the Bastardly Horndogg Community. Cheers to that.

Anyway, enjoy these tribute posts & please revisit them in the winter.

Bastardly Travels - Buenos Aires Trip #2! Ow!
The Bastardly will celebrate the 4th of July in Buenos Aires, Argentina, so if you’re in the city, please get a hold of us via email. We’ll probably throw a party in one of the restaurants (possibly El Alamo like we did last November) & would love to share a few words with you. And yes, we understand it’s winter over there, but the delicious food & friendly people compelled us to head back.

Anyway, if all goes as planned, you won’t even notice that we’ve left the building. Between Jackson & myself, we’ve scheduled plenty of delicious goodies to keep our fellow bastards busy! If you want anything which isn’t too hard to carry (Argentine girls are out of the question—Jackson tried once already!), head to the contact page & make a request. Depending on your loyalty, we’ll see if we can hook it up!

Carly Pope Has Nice Gums. Yummy.

And the Wiki says…

Carly Pope (born August 28, 1980) is a Canadian actress.
She appeared in the Paramount release Snow Day a children’s comedy with Pam Grier, Jean Smart and Chevy Chase. Her television credits include leads in the ABC television movies Our Guys and Trapped in a Purple Haze. Sam in the WB hit show Popular was her first role as a series regular. Pope compared her character, Sam, to “a builder, or a contractor. She has all the right tools, but doesn’t know how to use them properly.” Sam doesn’t realize yet just how unique she already is. “She’s trying too hard,” continued Pope. “Her actions don’t match up to her convictions, and that’s what she still has to learn.” Carly made a best friend on the show, her co star, Leslie Bibb, who portrayed Carly’s on screen rival, Brooke McQueen. “Leslie is just like a sister to me, since I have none, I love and care for her deeply”. She is currently starring in Power Up’s new project Itty Bitty Titty Committee.

Splitting her time between Los Angeles and Vancouver, Pope is currently attending university when her filming schedule allows. She speaks Italian, Spanish and French fluently and is seeking to expand her education in literature and languages. [Wiki]
