LEONA LEWIS FACES ALBUM RELEASE CLASH

Whoopsy daisy. Leona Lewis - a girl blessed with a scarily technical voice in place of a personality – is facing the horror of a pre-fame album release.

Before Simon Cowell drooled all over the judge’s table and declared her the best thing since high-waisted trews, Lewis laid down a ten-track album with record company UEG.

Once she was crowned winner of X Factor and signed to Cowell’s label Syco, the pre-fame album was blocked, despite attempts to release it throughout 2007.

Until now… because UEG have won the right to unleash the album on the American public. Happily this coincides with the US release of Leona’s over-produced, vocal freight train of an album ‘Spirit’, leaving her in direct competition with herself. [Holy Moly]
