    Implants are so American. You guys are insane the way you have plastic surgery all the time (although that assumption is purely based on the media depiction of Americans. I’ve never been). But everytime I’m on here so many people are like, “she needs a boob job/nose job/lipo” etc etc. Ireland must be behind the times.     I live in California, hundreds of miles away from LA and Hollywood thank god, and I don’t personally know a single person who has had breast implants or any facial plastic surgery of any kind (ie - nose jobs, etc).
