ah thats a nice pic, she looks very young and fresh. Even though she's skinny, shes not grey in the face or anything so perhaps you're onto something with the thyroid thing.

She does have amazing cheekbones and eyes. I think she rivals Miranda Kerr in the face, but sadly there's too much disparity between the two bodies! I remember seeing her on this cover of Elle a long time ago and just staring at her face:

Maybe she has a hyper thyroid? She doesn't look like a cokehead like Lindsay, and she has said that she really does want to gain weight from all the pressure surrounding her weight loss, but she can't.

I do too and i love her different coloured eyes! Plus her cheekbones are dreamy but she needs more meat on her bones!

Kate was so lovely when she first hit the scene! I really hope she starts gaining weight soon. She has such a pretty face, and I really like her fashion sense.
