I dont think Lucy is that gorgeous, but i don’t think she’s ugly and i do think she has a nice body. She has nice hair and nice eyes but (and i dont mean to sound prejudiced here) she’s too typically english looking for me to think she’s wow. I don’t want to sound like the local mall obsessives here but i really do see people with her exact look EVERY day so i just think its boring to me. Ladylazarus – I’m not really sure what part of the brain someone’s idea of what they consider beautiful comes from, but how is a woman’s point of view on another woman’s beauty any more valid than a man’s point of view or vise versa? It really boils down to someone’s own opinion of what they consider beautiful so how is one person’s opinion, regardless of their sex, any more valid than someone else’s?

What I said is not funny but explains the process of getting turned on and how our perception of objectivity gets messed up as a result.

The same thing happens to women, too. There was a dude in my class, and I remember looking at him for the first time, going “nah, not cute at all” (he was sitting so i could only see his face) but the next day I saw him standing up, and he had a perfect body…i barely use the word perfect but he had a perfect body. Broad shoulders, V shape, nice legs, nice chest, tall, etc etc. just perfect. Guess what? Since then, his face has become very handsome to me, as well. I don’t know how the hell it happened but I ended up having a major crush on him.

I’m talking to a really handsome guy (this one is handsome from an objective point of view unlike the other one who became handsome later on) with a perfect body now but even to this day, the other guy is still very handsome to me, and I still don’t know how that’s happened. I don’t see any flaws in his face no matter how harshly I try to judge his face.

we’re not haters, we’re just real. and actually our opinion is more valid. men only view aesthetics with the right side of their brain while us women asses beauty with our entire brain. it’s a fact. this is why as soon as guys see big tits they think, “HOT!” bc they’re very easily swayed while we are more analytical and can look beyond that and make a more precise verdict on their looks. like lucy for example: ugly. these are decent pics but if u look at other pictures of her you’ll see she has a flat ass and is out of shape and her face is busted.

Lady Lazarus..I see your point. And believe me I have heard this before, That men only see the most obvious, and think with our right side of our brains..and probably true, I guess. But you have to take into account that seeing women like this one, is only a fantasy for most of us…meeting one would change the whole picture. The thing is though you’re not aware of the fact that as a man, you’re thinking with your penis. You don’t look at this woman and go, “ok, she has huge boobs and is posing all sexy like so i am gonna forgive her busted face and say she has an attractive face.” What actually happens is that when you look at her, your hormones pretty much do not allow you to judge her appropriately…you know the whole “beer goggles” analogy. She just becomes attractive/hot/sexy, etc all around but if you were to see this chick in jeans and a top with smaller boobs, just walking down the street, you would also see her busted face.

Women can get past her huge tits, butt, etc etc…pretty much everything that would turn a man on because we already have those qualities…if we don’t have big boobs for example, we just say, “ok, she has big boobs but so what?” since boobs do not really do anything to us sexually. It’s like owning a small car and looking at a big car. The fact that her car is bigger than mine does not stop me from
saying her car’s engine is busted because my judgment has not been clouded by the size of her car because my objectivity is still intact.

that shit happens to me all the time. except it’s the personality that always does the trick. it’s so weird how you’ll immediately rule someone out, like no way i will never be attracted to them then they win you over and you can’t see them as ugly anymore… it’s the strangest thing. isn’t it funny how guys fall for the girl that they’re attracted to while women learn to find the guy that they’ve fallen for attractive? it’s not always like that but for me at least it seems to be the case.
