I don’t know about you bastards, but I’m a diehard John Cusack fan, so I’ll be at the theaters tomorrow checking this out! The premise is kinda whack, but once again, it’s John Cusack! Here’s some plot love:
HOT TUB TIME MACHINE follows a group of best friends who’ve become bored with their adult lives: Adam (John Cusack) has been dumped by his girlfriend; Lou (Rob Corddry) is a party guy who can’t find the party; Nick’s (Craig Robinson) wife controls his every move; and video game-obsessed Jacob (Clark Duke) won’t leave his basement. After a crazy night of drinking in a ski resort hot tub, the men wake up, heads pounding, in the year 1986. This is their chance to kick some past and change their futures – one will find a new love life, one will learn to stand up for himself with the ladies, one will find his mojo, and one will make sure he still exists!
Me and my peoples tried to watch that movie about two weeks ago on DVD and there was a scene where he was driving a limousine through L.A. while the city was being destroyed and I just could not stop laughing and I mean it was a full on "laugh til you cry" type laugh.
I was so embarrassed for John Cusack in that movie. It was so terrible.
What? It's not even out yet? It seems like they've been promoting this movie forever.
Will see this. Looks like best John Cusack movie since High Fidelity (I don't count Being John Malkovich as a John Cusack movie as he is such an uber creeper in that).
i like cusack's acting too... he was the only person i was rooting for in (the horrible imo) 2012...
we get new movies a week or two later here, so i'm gonna check this one out too...
i am 100% going to see this movie
