Rachel Bilson has signed on to star in Josh Schwartz’s NBC romantic comedy Ghost Angels. Josh was the creator of The O.C. which launched Rachel Bilson’s career. The script hasn’t been written yet but it’s been green-lighted for pilot production. We most recently saw Rachel Bilson on the season premiere of CBS’s How I Met Your Mother reprising her role as Cindy.

…according to a concept circulated around, it centers on a young woman in Los Angeles who can talk to the dead, helping the spirits as much as they are helping her. Source
