Lol, the point I'm trying to make is that THAT is NOT one of the better boob jobs out there, it's one of the worst because they're too hard, round and unnatural looking.
One thing that makes implants look like bolt-ons is when the top part of the breast is also very round and the skin looks like it's pulled very tight over the roundness.
