Nothing new to report on Elizabeth Banks since our last post so therefore:

After appearing in The Next Three Days in 2010, Elizabeth Banks goes back to doing comedy in My Idiot Brother. The film also stars Paul Rudd, Zooey Deschanel, and Emily Mortimer. It premiered at Sundance last month but isn’t scheduled for wide release until November 25th. More info at the My Idiot Brother official website.

Ned (Rudd) is a well-meaning idealist who has just been released from prison for dealing cannabis. In succession, he disrupts the lives and homes of his three sisters: career-driven Miranda (Banks), who is about to get her big break in journalism; bisexual hipster Natalie (Deschanel), whose lies are preventing her from moving forward with her responsible girlfriend Cindy (Rashida Jones); and Liz (Mortimer), who is too concerned with being the perfect mother to notice that her marriage is falling apart. Charlize Theron has signed on for the lead role in the upcoming Ridley Scott film Prometheus. Some might say that the movie is a completely fresh idea but it’s basically a prequel to the Alien franchise. Not much else is known about the movie.

Additionally, Charlize will star as the Evil Queen in Snow White and the Huntsmen, starring Kristen Stewart and Viggo Mortensen.

Does anyone care to know that it took 3 hours for Kim Kardashian to get ready for the Oscars? Well, apparently Us Magazine deemed that newsworthy and had some web editor make the effort to post an article of such news… whch in turn we’re reiterating to you and wasting your time.

Says Kim about the 3 hours, “But not continuous. I stopped and ate, made some calls — it was a lazy three hours.” Source
