Brooklyn Decker & Taylor Kitsch: “Battleship” Photocall in Hamburg

Along with the film’s director & producer, Peter Berg, Brooklyn Decker and Taylor Kitsch were on hand in Hamburg, Germany to help promote the upcoming $200 million action flick “Battlefield,” which is based on the classic children’s game by Hasbro.

Before you hate, let’s not forget that “Transformers” was also created by Hasbro, so I’m pretty sure producers are hoping to strike gold again (we’re optimistically doubtful (assuming that’s possible)). I just can’t see a film based on a strategy game like “Battlefield” working on the big screen, but I hope I’m proven wrong. With a somewhat random cast that includes a S.I. Swimsuit cover girl (Brooklyn Decker), world-famous pop star (Rihanna) and a world famous actor (Liam Neeson), the results should be very interesting, to say the least. The film hits theaters on May 18 (Europe release date is April 11).

The aliens come to planet Earth on a mission to build a power source in the ocean. Upon their visit, they come in contact with the naval fleet.
