“Victorious” star Elizabeth Gillies gets a pass on wearing an overly scandalous dress & striking questionable poses on the red carpet at Nickelodeon’s 25th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday only because she’s still kinda young at 18-years-old, but Katy Perry’s 27 and as a result, I expected a little more from her in terms of a less hoochie-momma outfit. Having said that, it’ll be very interesting to see what she wears to the MTV Movies in a couple months.

katy Perry is dressed in a fun outfit. It's a hip,wacky stuff music stars wear. The main idea is that it's fun not sexy.
Elizabeth's outfit is made to look sexy. She most likely wanted to look sexy at this event.

They both look extemely nice, but that ass on Liz really stands out, and I know about Katy's boobs so I guess either one would do just fine...

I call bullshit. Katy Perry is dressed just as provocatively as Liz Gillies is. Sky high neon colored fuck me pumps and a midriff revealing top that actually shows more skin than Liz' dress does. They both give me a woody. Don't be naive person who thinks that just because someone smiles and laughs like Katy versus the darker personality of Liz that Katy gets a pass on being sexy and provocative. I am no prude but just like Moe titled this, neither of these young women are exactly making it easy for the parents of America to keep their daughters from wanting to look like prostitots.
Having said that and because I do not have daughters....bring on the protitots!

Skimpy doesn't have to mean provocative or suggestive, as Katy Perry demonstrates. I think she looks really cute. The other girl on the other hand, I mean yes she looks hot, but why she went to Hookers'r'us to get her dress and hair and make up done I don't know.
