Even though she’s far from red carpet form, it’s nice to see that Hilary Duff is putting in the work required for a full recovery following the birth of her first child, a son named Luca Cruz Comrie, on March 20, 2012. I’ve heard rumors that some celebs get plastic surgery soon after they pop out the kid, but Hilary seems to be in the camp of women taking a more natural approach to recovery. As she did before the delivery, she’s continuing her daily Pilates classes, so I won’t be surprised if she’s back to her A-game a few months down the line.

Believe it or not, but Hilary actually stars in a low-budget comedy that went into very limited release last month. It will probably be available on DVD soon. Along with Hils, the Charlie Sheen-produced romantic comedy “She Wants Me” stars Josh Gad & Kristen Ruhlin. Here’s more juice:
