I don’t know about you bastards, but I’m a huge fan of the original series. I’ll be honest, I didn’t watch the series when it was on TV, but I got hooked when I watched a few episodes on Netflix a couple years ago. Needless to say, this is a must watch!
The anxiously awaited fourth season of “Arrested Development” premiered last night at the TCL Chinese Theater. Many thanks to Netflix for bringing together the funding to get this project off the ground! For those of you who have a Netflix account, make sure you catch up over the next month before the series debuts on May 26.
According to the show’s Wiki page, the revived fourth season will consist of 15 episodes and most of the characters who previously had recurring roles will reprise those roles. A few new names added to the mix include Kristen Wiig, Isla Fisher and John Krasinski. While we don’t know everything about the upcoming season, here’s what we do know…
The show format for this season has been reported to be different compared to previous seasons. Show creator Mitchell Hurwitz has stated that each of the new season’s fifteen episodes will focus on one individual character—with every episode happening at the same time within the show’s universe—showing the character’s activities since the conclusion of the third season.[8] As according to Jason Bateman, “If I’m driving down the street in my episode and Gob’s going down the sidewalk on his Segway, you could stop my episode, go into his episode, and follow him and see where he’s going.”[9] Michael Cera joined the writing crew for season 4, the first cast member to do so.[10] Netflix CEO Reed Hastings and creator Mitchell Hurwitz have both confirmed that season four will be the final season of the show, and that the revival serves as a “one-off” and “act one of a movie”. But, a Netflix spokesperson later went on to say, “We’re hopeful there will be more seasons” and “…by no means is this the end of it. We’re definitely planning to do more with them.” Source

Cara Santana and Jesse Metcalfe hit beach to flaunt their Summer-ready bodies while soaking up the sun in Santa Monica. The lovebirds looked to be having a fun time as they flirted playfully while walking along the sand before showing off some PDA having a romantic kiss. The beautiful couple definitely looked to be having a great time even with the paparazzi around. Nice to see such happiness between a loving couple.
The announcement that Jason Collins made yesterday took most of the headlines around basketball and sports but the playoffs still had to go on. Last night’s games weren’t particularly intense, the Thunder-Rockets game got intense towards the end but it was more of a flow game. But last night did show that teams can certainly evolve as the series goes on. The Nets showed a lot of fight last night with their backs on the ropes, beating the Bulls 110-91 and extending the series as it heads back to Chicago for a big Game 6 on Thursday. I was pretty impressed with Brook Lopez (29 pts, 10 reb) as he led the Nets offense and kept Joakim Noah pretty quiet as Lopez dominated the paint for pretty much the entire game. Deron Williams also had a solid game (23 pts, 10 ast) and it’s that 1-2 punch that makes the Nets so dangerous but it’s about consistency of play. The Bulls were able to get within a point a couple of times in the 4th quarter but never took the lead, mostly because when the starters weren’t on the floor it was very difficult for Chicago to score.
On the other side of the eastern conference bracket, Atlanta and Indiana played another weird game in a series that has been impossible to predict. I literally have no idea what either of these teams is going to play like on a nightly basis. Josh Smith was certainly impressive (29 pts, 11 reb, 4 ast, 3 stl) in scoring a career playoff high for points, even though he had a bad 3rd quarter. Was Indiana going with a “hack-a-Smith” during the 3rd quarter? It got Indiana back into the game but once again, like in game 3, their halftime deficit (17) was just too large to overcome. Now the series is tied as 2 as it heads back to Indiana for tomorrow night’s critical game 5. The most likely result of that game is Indiana winning by a large margin but at this point in the series, I’ve begun to expect anything from these two teams.
Great game between the Rockets and Thunder, filled with plenty of memorable plays and a sort of bizarre finish. I know Serg Ibaka probably still feels bad about missing the game-tying lay up at the buzzer but he shouldn’t. Anyone who has played basketball at any level for an extended period of time has missed an easy shot. Or dropped a pass playing football or missed an easy goal playing futbol/hockey. Sure, it’s not at nearly the same level but we can sympathize at least a little. More positive memory from last night’s game for the Thunder was this ridiculous dunk by Durant down the stretch. Chriss Webber’s reaction says it all. Houston did have the last laugh though. Led by Chandler Parsons’ breakout performance, the Rockets were able to hold off the Thunder and win 105-103 to stay alive in the playoffs. How about Carlos Delfino of all people dunking right in the face of Durant? Durant has been superhuman these past couple of games so that dunk was a bit eye-opening. Like the top comment on the video says “LOL, now Durant has to wake up from this nightmare and drink Gatorade.”

God damn, it appears former ‘Blossom’ star Joey Lawrence spends a lot of time dabbling with weights & steroids on his off time. These days he’s the star of the ABC Family series “Melissa & Joey,” as well as the co-host on the new ABC series “Splash.”
Yesterday he made an appearance on “Extra” wearing clothes way too small for his juice-up body. When you can see the outline of somebody’s abs through their vest, you know the clothes are a little too tight. He promoted his various projects as he had a lively chat with the always-bootilicious Maria Menounos.
Normally he’s a lone shark, but last night ‘Matrix’ star Keanu Reeves was seen leaving The Troubadour in West Hollywood with a mystery companion. The actor, who’s making his directorial debut with ‘Man of Tai Chi’ later this fall, was holding hands with his lady-friend as he jetted out the club after attending the ‘METZ’ rock show. While I’d love to be happy for the guy, I’m just curious why he would cruise around with this woman when beautiful Charlize Theron has made it more than obvious that she would like Keanu to be her son’s father! Come one, Keanu!! Put Charlize out of her misery, for God’s sake!!

Zoe Saldana and Alice Eve took part in the German premiere of Star Trek Into Darkness at CineStar in Berlin. Zoe Saldana reprises her role as Lieutenant Nyota Uhura while Alice was cast the role of Carol Marcus. The film is the sequel to J.J. Abrams’ 2009 Star Trek and will once again also star Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Simon Pegg, John Cho, and Bruce Greenwood. Look for it in theaters on May 17th.
