I didn’t think we’d ever write that headline for Kelly Osbourne, but hey, we gotta give Kelly major props for putting in all the hard work in the diet & exercise department in order to transform her body into what it is today. She obviously still has a more work on her hands, but then again, don’t we all?
These latest photos were snapped as the “Fashion Police” panelist is enjoying a luxurious vacation in Sydney with her fiance Matthew Mosshart. Aside from fooling around with her man, Kelly worked on her tan & took an occasional dip in the pool.

I have grown fond of Kelly on Fashion Police. She has studied her fashion and seems to know what she is talking about. I have always thought she looks like her Dad though and that is not a good thing!
