Winner of many awards on last year’s LGBT film festival circuit, I Do tackles a subject that has been much in the news lately: the federal Defense of Marriage Act. It examines the human cost of federal discrimination against gay men and women forced into heterosexual marriages to obtain federal rights and benefits.
The film stars David W. Ross, who also wrote the film, alongside some more known star commodities, like Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Alicia Witt. I Do releases May 31.
