SELF Magazine and Jennifer Aniston celebrated Mandy Ingber’s new book “Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover”. Jennifer Aniston has been doing yoga with Mandy since 2005 and Kate Beckinsale can also be listed amongst the celebrity clientele. Of course, what Jennifer Aniston post wouldn’t be complete with pregnancy rumors; so make whatever assumptions you based on her outfit. Anyways, the new book is on sale at Amazon for less than $12.00.
