Kim showed off her 7-month-old baby bump for the first time on at the annual Costume Institute Gala at NYC’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. The porn-star-turned-reality-TV-mogul-turned-Kanye’s-baby-momma was wearing a Riccardo Tisci floral gown.
