I know we posted pics of George Clooney & Sandra Bullock earlier today from the 70th Venice Film Festival, but those were from a photo call event and these latest pics are from the glitzy red carpet premiere.

As we write this post, we notice that it’s nearly midnight in Venice, Italy, so we’re gonna have to assume that George & Sandra are currently wrapping up a long & awkwardly romantic dinner set somewhere picturesque along the Grand Canal. George is playing footsie with Sandra, who in turn is playing hard-to-get. Following a couple drinks more with friends on top of the bottle they shared over dinner, I feel like George will invite Sandra up to his room so that she can show him photos of her son Louis, although I’m sure George will see more than just photos of her son before the night is over. OW!

We’ve arrived at the point of the post where we gotta plug George & Sandra’s new flick ‘Gravity‘, which will officially hit theaters on October 4. Apparently it’s already getting rave reviews from critics (read a review here). Here’s some plot action:

Medical engineer Dr. Ryan Stone is on her first Space Shuttle mission accompanied by veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky, who is commanding his final expedition. During a spacewalk, debris from a satellite crashes into the space shuttle Explorer, leaving it mostly destroyed, and stranding them in space with limited air. Without means of communication with Earth, they must cooperate to survive. Source

Here’s Sandra & George answering Qs at a photo call event earlier today…

At 49, she has never looked better. If only she had her toenails painted.....
