Matthew McConaughey’s Dallas Buyers Club is one of the year’s most talked-about movies – mostly because it features star McConaughey and Jared Leto in shockingly gaunt and emaciated form (they play actual people who were diagnosed with HIV and AIDS). There’s also a lot of Oscar talk about McConaughey’s performance which is said to be quite the artistic revelation.
But the other star of the movie – one Ms. Jennifer Garner – told Jimmy Kimmel that she’s been sidelined by the press in the media coverage of the film, claiming that she too went out of her way to shed some extra kilos for the role of Dr. Eve Saks.
