While out with Flynn yesterday in NYC, Orlando Bloom & Miranda Kerr kissed each other on the cheek. Normally this wouldn’t be news, but the couple announced last week that they’re separated, albeit on good terms. When you hear about couples getting separated, the last thing you expect to see them to do is exchange kisses, regardless of how innocent & harmless. We expect cold looks, sad faces, a slap on the face, a middle finger, etc, etc.—anything but kisses!
Maybe this is how separation works in Australia? It’s also possible they’re putting on a “See Flynn, mommy & daddy don’t hate each other” show, but I feel like if they really wanted to put on a show for their son, they could’ve done it privately. Having said that, I have a feeling it’s more to prove to the media that they’re still friends (possibly with benefits).
Regardless of how this works out, the clear winner in this “relationship” is Orlando Bloom. It appears he still has one finger in the Miranda Kerr cookie jar, while at the same time enjoying the fruits of a single movie star dad.
