So hats are officially so in these days that celebs are getting red carpet hairdos that make it look like they’re wearing a hat—or at least that’s what that thing on top of Katy Perry’s head looks like from certain angles. Or it could simply be the fact that her hairstylist called in sick at the last minute and she had do everything on her own.
