For those of you who haven’t heard about 19-year-old Gigi Hadid, you better get used to her because we have a feeling she’ll be around for years to come. The sexy S.I. Swimsuit rookie was seen making a quick pit stop for some iced coffee yesterday in NYC. We should note that recently rumors were swirling that Gigi and Aussie singer Cody Simpson had broken up but the Palestinian-Dutch model put those rumors to rest by posting some pictures of the two together on her Instagram account.

Gigi Hadid (born April 23, 1995)[2] is an American fashion model and TV personality. She was named one of 12 rookies in Sports illustrated annual issue in 2014. She has also appeared on a few episodes of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Gigi was born to the Palestinian real estate developer Mohamed Hadid and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’s star Yolanda Foster on April 23, 1995 in Los Angeles, California. She has two younger siblings Bella and Anwar. After her parents split up, her mom married music producer David Foster making him her step father. She graduated from Malibu High School at the age of 17 in 2012 and was also the captain of her varsity volleyball team and a competitive horseback rider. In an interview, she stated that her ancestry is Palestinian from her dad’s side and Dutch from her mother’s side. She moved to New York City to focus on her studies and modeling career. She’s studying at The New School since fall of 2013.
