Apparently tired of baring it all for Twitterheads across the globe, actor James Franco has opted to show off his rear . . . to help fight HIV.
The actor appeared at an HIV fundraiser called Broadways Bares in which he graced the stage with drag queen Bianca Del Rio. The two performed a sketch in which Franco ended up baring his bum to the audience, revealing a leather thong.
