Trailer Watch: “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies”

What we assume (hopefully) is the last Tolkien-inspired film ever to be made by Oscar winner Peter Jackson is coming to theaters – as such, expect the diehards, the johnny come latelys and the nerds to be out in FULL Middle Earth Force.

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies comes to theatres this December and looks like it might actually make up for what was generally considered to be somewhat disappointing first innings. The best part of the trailer? The use of Merry’s “All Shall Fade” from The Return of the King. #chills

as far as the last movie.....JRR wrote much more to include Bilbos Last Song which is a poem & that should be good for at least three movies the way things in Hollywoodland are today.........when The Hobbit which is far shorter than any of the three books that make up Lord of the Rings can be made into three movies.....greedy, greedy, greedy Hollywood moneyland.....
