Bella Thorne attended the L.A. premiere of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles wearing a tight black mini skirt. Seriously this chick definitely knows how to work it. I don’t think we can really write anymore on her outfit. Another day passes and as a reminder she’s still just 16 years old. By the way, guess we should mention that TMNT is in theaters on August 8th.

BREAKING! Lourdes Leon Enjoys Post-High School Graduation Vacation In Southern France!
Just read that she's 16... wtf??? Wikipedia must be kidding. This girl looks like 25-30.
Hot, but not pretty.
She's not very pretty, not ugly though, and that is a nice body. Yes, she does know what she's doing, she's asking to get raped.
I wouldn't put her a day under 25
not that impressed. And usually i like redheads
Good body, but her face looked terrible here.
Oh come on! You can't make it illegal to have sex with her AND allow her to look like this.
"Embrace your inner Ho young padwan"
Yowza!
(Must go wash eyes out...)
She knows exactly what she's doing.
the things I'd do to that booty ....
Here you go. I created a countdown for you on when she turns 18:

What curve fan said!!!
There ought to be a law against banging her being against the law.
@lenilovesfeet Imagine the scenario where a man meets Bella and gets lucky sexually. You would be hard pressed to find a jury of half men that would convict a guy statutory rape after they viewed her in that outfit. For gosh sakes, does a man have to be able to spot a fake idea just to be safe in getting laid?
@lenilovesfeet Well, I assume she means "statutorily raped." She's certainly encouraging the view that she's now a sexual being at 16, that you are welcome to proposition her.
If Leni meant forcible rape, well that would be politically incorrect. But whatever.
@lenilovesfeet Shame on you, Leni, i thought you were cool.
@McP its perfectly legal to have sex with her, shes never 16, its another carly rae jepson thing, a mid to late 20's girl pretending to be a teenager
@cindy Exactly, that's not fair she show up with that leather mini skirt and gets her picture taken showing that cute little ass of her, and that over the shoulder come f*ck me look, and everybody has to be quiet because she's 16.
This should work like a trial, in a trial a teen could be judged like an adult, in cases like this we should use the same concept, if she dress like an adult behave like an adult and make those insinuations, everybody should be able to say anything about her like somebody would do if she were an adult.
@Gabbo Can you imagine if Taylor Swift used this outfit?
I said that, because I was dressing provocatively as a teenager and in early 20's, and it got me in serious trouble on few occasions. I didn't get raped, but almost got kidnapped, I was asking for trouble and I knew how I looked and what my clothes/make up said about me. I liked getting the attention.
Bella likes to be lusted after, but she's a celebrity and there are CRAZY people out there, she probably already has a fucked up stalker. Dressing like that at 16 ALL THE TIME she is asking for trouble.
@nrkey @lenilovesfeet oh, shut up. Leni is not endorsing rape. God, people are getting more and more stupid on this site,
@lenilovesfeet So if you have expensive items on you you are asking to be robbed? Bah.
@Dinodan Such comments are part of rape culture.
Ok story time. I used to live in a condo, 4th floor. Each day I took train to my school. One day I get out a train and walked home. There were people walking behind me so I felt safe. One guy was clearly following me, I felt flattered and thought yay, I got a cute guy's attention. He was not much older than me. Things got strange when I got closer to my building entrance, he still was walking behind me. It was 2pm, people at work, possibly no one was at home. I started going up the stairs, he was still behind me. I got scared and my heart stopped when I was close to my door and he asked me "umm excuse me, are you single?" and touched the back of my leg (I was wearing mini skirt and knee high boots).
A young girl who dresses in a sexy way does it for a reason, she wants people to find her hot.
She's sending signals, and of course she does not want to get assaulted, but it can happen.
I will talk to my daughter when she's 15 and wants to go to a club dressed like that. I'm not a prude, far from it, but there are men who don't care for a girl's age, and Bella has been dressing provocatively ever since she was 12. She also had long fake nails and wore makeup. Lolita.
I almost got a heart attack, started cursing at him knowing that either I'll get lucky and someone is at home and will save me or I'm gonna get raped. The guy said "sorry I couldn't help myself I don't know what got into me" and was just standing there and I told him to leave now and I won't call a police, and he did. I was 20, dressed in a mini skirt, nude fishnets and knee high boots, full makeup and long red nails. Did I wanted to get raped? NO. It would have probably happened if I didn't start cursing and just looked scared of that guy. I got hit on by older men who would ask for my age and told me "17? you look older, wanna go see my magazine collection?" Would that guy follow me if I wore jeans and top? Probably not. But I liked showing off cleavage and legs, like it or not but it is sending signals "I'm ready". To me, it is asking for trouble.
@lenilovesfeet I get your point Leni, that there are predatory people out there, and you have to use caution accordingly. But the problem is that saying a woman or girl is "asking to be raped" suggests that the men are not the ones responsible for rape.
Also, there are men into every kind of look and attitude. There are men who get riled up by the librarian look, men who get riled up by burqas, whatever it is there is some sick pervert rapist who's into it. There are sick fucks who rape old grandmotherly types. The majority of women who get raped did nothing to even remotely appear as though they were inviting it.
Any way, love you Leni.
@lenilovesfeet No one asks to be assaulted, robbed or raped. But i really don't care for a serious discussion here, let's leave it.
