Taylor Swift Performs On "Good Morning America"

Taylor Swift took her legs to “Good Morning America” where she performed during her “1989” Times Square concert in New York City. Taylor was appointed as New York’s Global Welcome Ambassador and within minutes her selection was criticized by locals, including Queens born Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider. “It’s insulting. She doesn’t have any life experience here, or connection to the town. There’s so many others- Jerry Seinfeld, for instance, if you want a big name. But Taylor Swift is the pop culture queen, so she moves into town, and she’s the ambassador.”

I’m personally leaning toward trashy, but that’s just me. There’s an age women hit where they have to donate all their skanky-ho-short-shorts and opt for the more classier skinny jeans or capris, but when you’re old as Kate, it either means she’s going through a midlife crisis, desperate for attention or she recently fired her stylist.

Hilary Duff All Smiles While On ‘Younger’ Set In NYC

As we’ve been covering over the past couple weeks, Hilary Duff is currently in NYC filming her upcoming new TV series ‘Younger’ created by bigdog producer, director and writer Darren Star. Again, he’s the same dude behind hit series like ‘90210’, ‘Melrose Place’ and ‘Sex and the City’, so it’ll be very interesting to see how his new series holds up when it premieres early next year.

Curiously, the series tells the story of a single mom (played by Sutton Foster) who suddenly finds herself back in the workforce but her age is proving extremely difficult. This sounds like Hilary’s story…

I know these were posted earlier, so we’ll make this quick. Taylor continued her relentless promo tour for her new album ‘1989’, this time performing in NYC’s Times Square as part of ‘Good Morning America’ earlier today.

So the big question with Taylor is whether she’ll once again perform at the Victoira’s Secret Fashion Show? We have a feeling it’s a no-brainer at this point considering the show is just a couple weeks away. Instead, the real question is whether Taylor will don lingerie and walk the runway as part of her act? Time will tell…

Gemma Arterton Promotes Her New Musical At BBC Radio 1 Studios

The first thing that comes into mind when I see Gemma Arterton is simply, “Why isn’t Gemma Arterton more famous?!” Seriously! If this chick lived in L.A., she’d be starring in at least one summer blockbuster a year. Then again, Gemma seems like she wants projects with more meaning as opposed to doing brainless action flicks solely for the fat payday. Somebody should tell Gemma that there’s nothing wrong with fat paydays!!

The 28-year-old English actress made the promotional rounds to discuss her leading role in the new musical ‘Made in Dagenham’, which is based on the 2010 film of the same name and centers around “the true-life events of the Ford sewing machinists strike of 1968” (source).

Hilary Duff Continues To Film "Younger" in NYC

I don’t know about you guys, but it’s weird to see Hilary Duff out of her L.A. comfort zone, which typically involved her going to Pilates classes, shopping around and making the occasional Starbucks run.

People forget that she’s still fairly young at 27, so it’s nice to see her finally get back to doing the one thing that made her really famous. She can dabble in music & whatever else, but acting is what will ultimately bring home the big paychecks.

Hilz is currently filming the premiere season of the upcoming series ‘Younger’ which is created by big-dog producer of other hit series like ‘Melrose Place’, ‘Beverly Hills’, ‘90210’ and ‘Sex and the City’. Needless to say, that’s quite a winning list, so let’s hope ‘Younger’ earns its place on that list once it premieres next year.

Looks like somebody needed an easy stream of cash because Jennifer Lopez is back to shedding fake tears, pimping her latest single & everything else she’s currently involved with to millions of people who tune into ‘American Idol’. You’d think people would find something else to do with their time, but obviously not.

The 14th season of “American Idol” is set to premiere on the FOX on January 14, 2015. Along with JLo, the judging panel this season includes Keith Urban, and Harry Connick Jr.
