Hilary Duff was all smiles as she went to a gym in Studio City yesterday afternoon. The busy actress, singer & mom is taking a break following the end of the second season of “Younger” before heading back to NYC to start filming the third season.

That is the behind the scenes that we don't usually see. Every one of these stars has a personal trainer that guides them and motivates them through every step of every workout. It is still working out but having that personal coach makes a world of difference for many of us.
