I love Emma but that sweater is too Steve Jobsy for me.

I wish she would channel that women's equality to fighting the spread of Sharia Law. Sharia Law takes women's rights back 1500 or more years.

@curvefan So according to you sjari'a predates Islam? :P And why stop there? You need to fight the Torah/Bible too, as well as for instance Hinduism.

@nrkey @curvefan I said women's rights, not Sharia Law. Please don't put words into my comments that aren't there. Are you defending Sharia Law?

@curvefan @nrkey Oh, i misread. But initially it was an improvement actually. It doesn't make sense to make such statements. Women weren't allowed to vote in Switzerland until 1971 but Wyoming had female suffrage back in 1869.

@curvefan @nrkey Apparently, it used to be even worse before. And eh, women get abused everywhere. Kurdistan, India, DR Congo, etc.

I'm all for gender equality. I want to get paid what Emma gets paid. She's so rich, she didn't even know how much she was worth.
