Is this simply a style-driven choice or does Hilary Rhoda actually think it’s safe to ride her bike on the streets of NYC without a helmet? Sure she’s biking around Soho, but last I remember, there will still Taxis & Uber drivers speeding around. Come on Hilary, buy a frickin’ helmet!!
