Hailee Steinfeld Spices Things Up During Her Radio Station Visit

Hailee Steinfeld is only 19, but she’s been around Hollywood for quite a number of years. Gods of Hollywood are trying really hard to hit a home run with Hailee, but I think they’ve struck out for the most part. Judging by early buzz, it appears Hailee will have some luck with her latest film “The Edge of Seventeen,” which hits theaters next month. The film also stars Woody Harrelson and Kyra Sedgwick. Hailee is currently making the promotional stops—and apparently no stop is small enough! The young actress made an appearance on Radio Station Y-100 yesterday in Fort Lauderdale, of all places.

The life of high school junior Nadine (Hailee Steinfeld) is already awkward when her all-star older brother Darian (Blake Jenner) starts dating her best friend Krista (Haley Lu Richardson). Nadine now feels more alone than ever, until the unexpected friendship with an awkward thoughtful boy (Hayden Szeto) gives her a glimmer of hope that things might not be so terrible after all.
