Gigi Hadid was seen out and about last night in NYC wearing a girl scout costume and supposedly heading to Taylor Swift’s extremely private Halloween party held at the singer’s apartment. I’m shocked that Taylor didn’t try to out-do Heidi Klum and throw a really big Halloween party featuring A-list attendees.
