The always-beautiful Kate Beckinsale was seen doing some shopping at Barney’s NY in Beverly Hills for some lucky people on her holiday gift list. It’s probably the way she carries herself, but Kate always has a way of looking like a million bucks even when she’s dressed in seemingly simple clothes. The actress was seen clutching her two iPhones as she left the store after making a small purchase.

Moe nailed it when he said "the way she carries herself". That is what makes her sexy. Same with Miranda and others. Good posture and self confidence along with good genes.

Can someone let me know what is so great about her?

She is attractive but no great beauty and her mouth/smile is terrible and always has been. With years she has gotten better because she has had a lot of work done.

She has no feature that is even remotely stunning. She is definitely attractive now but it's quite a stretch to say 'beautiful'. Is it that whole 'British' thing why people assume she's classy? I would even wager to say that Emma Watson is more beautiful than she was in her prime.

Yes, she is older but Pheobe Cates, Catherine Zeta Jones, J.Lo, Angela Bassett, Halle Berry and Jennifer Connelly are older too and they are great.

There are women prettier than Kate, agreed. I like her, because she seem to not have a bad angle, lol. She always looks pretty, regardless of makeup, hair style, clothes. Always looks well put together, is pretty tall with nice, shapely legs.

What work has she had done, besides growing her hair out, hiring a personal trainer, and getting her teeth fixed? You're comparing pics that are 25 years apart and she looks relatively the same.

Thank you to the heavens for Kate moving or spending more time in LA. I love everything about her and her confidence makes her even more sexy. This quote from her Allure photoshoot still makes me take a cold shower thinking about being 4th.

“I’ve only ever had about three boyfriends. Only a handful of people have seen into the Pharaoh’s Tomb... My best feature is unfortunately a private matter, although I’m told it is spectacular. But you can’t really walk it down the red carpet. What can I say?”
