Just like always tends to do, singer Kelly Rowland was looking like a million bucks as she was spotted shopping around with a friend in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon. Some of you guys who are currently dealing with a few feet of snow will laugh at this, but it’s been raining a lot in SoCal over the past 24-hours. According to the papz on the scene, apparently Kelly and her friend got all their shopping completed before the storm rolled in.
