Charlize Theron at the ‘Atomic Blonde’ Premiere in L.A.

As we mentioned in an earlier post, Charlize Theron is currently making the rounds to promote her latest film, “Atomic Blonde,” which is written by Kurt Johnstad and directed by David Leitch. The film hits theaters this Friday and along with Charlize, also stars James McAvoy, with John Goodman, Til Schweiger, Eddie Marsan, Sofia Boutella and Toby Jones in supporting roles. In 1989, on the eve of the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the shifting of superpower alliances, Lorraine Broughton, a top-level spy for MI6, is dispatched to Berlin to take down a ruthless espionage ring that has just killed an undercover agent for reasons unknown. She is ordered to cooperate with Berlin station chief David Percival, and the two form an uneasy alliance, unleashing their full arsenal of skills in pursuing a threat that jeopardizes the West’s entire intelligence operation. Interesting how two women aged almost exactly the same can look so different! I guess both women have led very different lives and that explains why each looks the way she does. While certainly not age appropriate, Charlize Theron still pretty much pulled off the look as she appeared at the premiere of her latest film “Atomic Blonde” in Berlin earlier in the week. I think it’s safe to say that all the German men ate it up!

Charlize Theron Promotes “The Fate of the Furious” On Jimmy Kimmel

Busy actress and Hollywood mom Charlize Theron continues her promotional tour ahead of this weekend’s presumed massive box-office release of the latest film in the long-running “Fast & Furious” series. The eight film in the series, “The Fate of the Furious” stars a deep and expensive cast including Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Scott Eastwood, Charlize Theron, and Helen Mirren. The films are normally runaway successes right out of the box, so a production budget of around $250 million is nothing for producers to recoup. The first seven films earned a combined $2.9 billion at the box-office following a combined production budget of roughly $1 billion, so that’s a pretty damn good return! Wow.

Ready or not, but the new “Fast & Furious” is set for a wide release later this month! The latest film titled “The Fate of the Furious” will hit theaters on April 14 and stars a number of A-list names including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jason Statham, Kurt Russell, Charlize Theron and even Helen Mirren! The film’s producer and lead actor Vin Diesel, along with costar Charlize Theron were on hand for the premiere yesterday in Berlin.

As we mentioned yesterday, film industry trade show CinemaCon is in its final day at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. It was a star-studded affair with A-list names showing up to represent their upcoming blockbusters for various production houses. You can visit the event’s official website for plenty more photos.

These particular photos were snapped at an event held by Hollywood production and distribution house Focus Features. Charlize Theron and Naomi Watts were looking great, while Kirsten Dunst not so much.

Talk about an A-list line-up! Costars Jessica Chastain, Charlize Theron, and Emily Blunt were attendance at ‘The Huntsman: Winter’s War‘ premiere in Los Angeles last night. The film will hit theaters on April 22.

The film, which also stars Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman, is a prequel to 2012’s “Snow White and the Huntsman” and focuses heavily on the Hunstman’s battle with evil sisters. You can ready more about the plot here.

This is to compliment our two earlier posts featuring photos from the 2016 MTV Movie Awards over the weekend. The annual movie awards catering to a younger MTV-watching audience (wait, kids still watch MTV?!) was held at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank on Saturday evening & broadcast on Sunday night. This was the first time the network opted against a live broadcast.

The big winners were “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” for Movie of the Year, Leo for “The Revenant” and Charlize for “Mad Max: Fury Road”. For a complete list of the “winners,” check here.

We ran out of time yesterday, so we only posted photos of Selena Gomez at We Day California. Here are a few of our other favorites in attendance. Olivia Holt is obviously killing it, but I gotta say, she’s dressed totally inappropriately for the event. Even Bea Miller is looking way too sexy, although I’m sure you guys don’t mind.

Co-stars Charlize Theron, Emily Blunt and Chris Hemsworth were on hand at a photo call event held for their latest film ‘The Huntsman and The Ice Queen’ (U.S. title: ‘The Huntsman: Winter’s War’) at the Park Hyatt in Hamburg.

The producers of the latest film, which is actually a prequel/sequel to 2012’s ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’, made two major changes. In light of the adulterous scandal during the first film’s production which involved director Rupert Sanders cheating on his wife with actress Kristen Stewart, both Sanders & Stewart won’t be involved with ‘The Huntsman: Winter’s War’. They were replaced with Cedric Nicolas-Troyan as the new director and Emily Blunt, who scored the role as The Ice Queen (the sister of Charlize Theron’s character the Evil Queen). The film will hit U.S. theaters on April 22 (European release dates are earlier).
