Orlando Bloom Meets Nozomi Sasaki At ‘Zulu’ Premiere in Japan

Japan premiere of 'Zulu'

Not bad…Not bad at all! With his tragic separation from Miranda Kerr still burning inside of him (we’re going to assume that’s the case), it’s going to take a lot of work to get this guy to have a little fun again. Who knows, maybe an innocent-looking Japanese chick like Nozomi Sasaki knows a few new tricks? He was previously linked to Selena Gomez of all people, so Nozomi is a far better catch, in our opinion. Giving off a pedophile vibe on the red carpet is never a good thing.

Orlando is currently in Tokyo, Japan doing some promotional work for the film ‘Zulu’, which released last year. Not sure about you guys, but I completely missed this movie. The film also stars Forest Whitaker and was selected as the closing film at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Here’s the plot and trailer:

The policemen Ali Sokhela and Brian Epkeen investigate a massacre which apparently took place because a new illegal substance became recently available. The film is based on Project Coast, the program for biological and chemical weapons of the South African apartheid regime. Source

Or even Cheryl Tweedy isn’t all that terrible either compared to the hyphenated Fernandez-Versini. As most of you guys heard, the hopeless romantic once again fell in love with a French dude named Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini and got hitched only after dating him for three months. Come on, Cheryl! We thought you would’ve learned following the first marriage, but obviously not. The guy in question apparently runs a restaurant pop-up business.

The 66th Primetime Emmys

Since last night’s MTV Video Music Awards felt more like a bunch of strippers and prostitutes walking on the red carpet, most of you guys will be undoubtedly disappointed with what we see here.

With that said, here’s one of our longtime favorites Christina Hendricks showcasing her quadruple Js on the red carpet alongside her hubby Geoffrey Arend. Previous years were far juicier, but that shouldn’t come as a surprise considering she’s a much bigger star these days.

Despite critics taking huge dumps on the film, ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ is cruising to gross $250 million at the box-office—not bad for a film that had a production budget of around $125 million. Believe it or not, but two days following it’s release on August 10, “Paramount announced that a sequel will be released on June 3, 2016, with Michael Bay returning as producer and Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec coming back as screenwriters.”

Just for the sake of a cheap laugh, in order to give you guys a taste of the negative reviews (not that anyone who watches ‘TMNT’-like films in theaters ever reads reviews), here’s a snippet from Wikipedia:

The film was met with generally negative reviews from critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film holds a rating of 20% based on 99 reviews. The site’s critical consensus reads: “Neither entertaining enough to recommend nor remarkably awful, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles may bear the distinction of being the dullest movie ever made about talking bipedal reptiles.”[105] On Metacritic, the film has a score of 34 out of 100, based on 30 critics, indicating “generally unfavorable reviews”. Audiences polled by CinemaScore gave the film a B grade on a scale of A to F. [Source]

Victoria secret model Shanina Shaik at the opening night of the 2014 US Open Tennis at the Moet suite in New York City

The beautiful Victoria’s Secret model, who was most recently seen on a luxury yacht in Ibiza with a certain pop star, had a great time inside the The Moet & Chandon Suite during the opening night of festivities to celebrate the 2014 US Open Tennis tournament.

The total prize money is roughly $38 million, with $3 million going to each winner of the men’s and women’s singles. I think they should throw in a date with Shanina on the men’s side to serve as icing on the cake! I know most of the guys are already in relationships, but I’m sure Shanina wouldn’t mind if they brought their girlfriends around as a third wheel.
