Who Had The Sexiest Portrait At 2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party?

Since there was an ocean of photos from the Oscars that flooded the Internet yesterday, we figured we’d save a few sets for today. The hottest party on Oscars night was the annual Vanity Fair Oscars viewing party, which was held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills.

As for the photos, I think it will come down to the following ladies: Emily Ratajkowski, Kate Hudson, and Amy Adams. The rest were just filler. But, God damn—what the hell is Mariah Carey smoking?! That just looks painful.

Our Favorites From The 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards

Rebecca Romijn, Diane Guerrero and Amy AdamsPhoto Credit: FameFlynet Pictures; Rebecca Romijn, Diane Guerrero and Amy Adams

Apologies this post is coming so late in the day, but we were making sure we’re the absolute last “media outlet” to post photos from last night’s 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. We’re going with a portrait-heavy showcase of our favorite attendees on the red carpet. After looking at all these sparkling gowns for the past few weeks, I’m really looking forward to the Grammy Awards on February 12. OW!

With respect to the awards, it seems like the award shows are playing nice with the African-American community this year after a complete snub last year in the nominations & awards department. Three out of top four best acting winners went to well-deserved African-American actors—Denzel Washington for Fences, Mahershala Ali for Moonlight and Viola Davis for Fences. For a complete list of nominees and winners, check here.

The star-studded 22nd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards (visit the official website) were held at the The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica last night and, believe it or not, but I actually watched a few minutes of it. Many people believe that the CCA’s are usually an excellent predictor the upcoming award season leading up to academy awards in February, so we’ll see how last night’s winners hold up as the weeks go by. Having said that, a few more heavy-hitting Oscar favorites will release over the next couple weeks, so those names will get added to the nominations list.

Let’s review the big winners from last night:
Best Picture: “La La Land”
Best Director: Damien Chazelle – “La La Land”
Best Actor: Casey Affleck – “Manchester by the Sea as Lee Chandler”
Best Actress: Natalie Portman – “Jackie as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis”
Best Supporting Actor: Mahershala Ali – “Moonlight as Juan”
Best Supporting Actress: Viola Davis – “Fences as Rose Maxson”

Amy Adams Spices Up The ‘Arrival’ Premiere in London

Amy Adams is busy working her glamorous red carpet style as she jets around promoting her latest film “Arrival” along with co-star Jeremy Renner. Following a premiere at The Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, Los Angeles, the actress flew to London to screen the film at the BFI London Film Festival. Judging by Amy’s dress, I think it’s safe to say all eyes were on her as she catwalked down the red carpet! With that said, here’s more about the film, which hits theaters this Friday.

When multiple mysterious extraterrestrial spacecraft touch down across the globe, an elite team is put together to investigate, including linguist Louise Banks (Amy Adams), mathematician Ian Donnelly (Jeremy Renner), and US Army Colonel Weber (Forest Whitaker). Mankind teeters on the verge of global war as everyone scrambles for answers—and to find them, Banks, Donnelly, and Weber will take a chance that could threaten their lives, and, quite possibly, humanity. Amy Adams Gets Glamorous For “Arrival” Premiere in London

Amy Adams and co-star Jeremy Renner were in attendance at a glitzy premiere of their latest film “Arrival” during the BFI London Film Festival held at the Odeon Leicester Square in London. The new sci-fi drama, which is based on the short story “Story of Your Life” by Ted Chiang, that goes into wide-release on November 11. Here’s more about the story, as well as the trailer:

The films begins with a montage showing the birth, life and death of linguist Louise Banks (Amy Adams)’s daughter, who dies from cancer in her teenage years. Some time later, Louise is teaching at a College when news breaks that a mysterious spacecraft has landed in the U.S. The following reports reveal that twelve spacecrafts have landed across the globe in seemingly random locations. US Army Colonel Weber (Forest Whitaker) meets Louise and offers her the opportunity to attempt to translate audio recordings of the creatures inside the spacecrafts. Louise states that she can only accept if she is allowed in the spacecraft to see the creatures for a better understanding of their language. Weber initially refuses, but returns to Louise’s home later and agrees. Read more…

Gal Gadot Sizzles At The “Batman V Superman – Dawn Of Justice” Premiere in London

Photo Credit: FameFlynet Pictures; Pacific Coast News

Following the NYC premiere of the anxiously awaited ‘Batman V Superman – Dawn Of Justice’ film earlier in the week, the studio is following it up with a glitzy European premiere in London. We’re pretty sure they had other premieres in mind, but I have a feeling that plans changed following the tragic events in Brussels yesterday. I’m sure Ben Affleck & company will move their attention to places like Australia, Japan, China & eventually cap things off with a big premiere in Los Angeles (wait, did that already happen?).

As for the attendees, Gal Gadot was looking much sexier & classier at last night’s premiere than she did at the NYC premiere. The 30-year-old actress, who scored the role of Wonder Woman in the blockbuster film, wore a beautiful red dress with a deep neckline and jeweled straps. The film will hit theaters this weekend (March 25). Check out an interview w/ Gal below.

Gal Gadot & Sara Sampaio Light Up The “Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice” NYC Premiere

We’re pretty sure there will be at least twenty of these premieres all over the world, so let’s hope they mix things up on the red carpet with more A-list supermodel attendees. I’m sure this will disappoint a lot of you guys, but I’m realizing that Gal Gadot doesn’t have the same red carpet presence like, say, a Megan Fox or an Amber Heard. She’s still a very sexy woman, but something is definitely missing.

As for the film, it will hit theaters this coming weekend (March 25, 2016) and we’re pretty sure it’ll go on to make at least a billion at the box-office—or at least we hope so! Few films get hyped as much as this one has gotten over the past couple years. Also, the fact that it had a production budget of around $250 million is probably making a lot of studio execs sweat behind closed doors, especially considering Ben Affleck’s superhero record on the big screen!

Top 3 Best Dressed on the BAFTAs Red Carpet

Michelle Rodriguez, Olga Kurylenko and Amy Adams

Pictured: Michelle Rodriguez, Olga Kurylenko and Amy Adams

I know we should’ve included at least one Brit on our list considering this was after all the 2014 British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs), but unfortunately, aside from maybe Sai Bennett or Laura Haddock, there wasn’t anyone in particular who we felt deserved the honor.

Now with respect to our chosen three, Michelle Rodriguez should come as a big surprise simply because she’s usually looking overly butch when she compliments all her red carpet looks with a leather jacket. This time around Michelle played the classy card by having the leather elements stitched directly into her dress (which is a little cheating, but I’m really digging the presentation).

Olga Kurylenko looked absolutely stunning on the red carpet last night, but the fact that she’s still shacked-up with 51-year-old Danny Huston is the equivalent of having shit smeared on the faces of all dudes who’re currently 35 and under with a net worth of at least $15 million. Come on, now!

Amy Adams: This is what a Hollywood actress is supposed to look like on the red carpet, God damn it!

Top 10 Red Carpet Favorites at 2014 Golden Globe Awards

Amber Heard, Amy Adams, and Kristen Connolly

Pictured: Amber Heard, Amy Adams, and Kristen Connolly

Major props to the stylists who went along with the low-cut dresses theme this year and we hope it continues as we go deeper into award season. Normally dresses are overweight on over-the-top glamour and cater less to sex appeal. The red carpet at last night’s Golden Globe definitely took a sharp turn for sexy and there’s there’s nothing wrong in that, damn it!

ALSO: Check out more fashion from the arrivals at our 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards red carpet catwalk!

Let’s kick things off with the always-beautiful Amber Heard. We don’t know what happened in the hair department, but everything else looks great. Amber’s Versace-designed gown truly comes alive when she’s walking, revealing a dangerously high slit that showcases her legs. We can thank Angelina Jolie for kicking off this leggy style a few years ago. Margot Robbie was another hottie on the red carpet who had a dress with a dangerously high slit. Yum!

Amy AdamsWOW! Now, here’s a woman who went in knowing she was going to be on the stage holding a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress (Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy-won for ‘American Hustle’). You’d expect at least one nipple slip with a dress like this, but it appears Amy & her people super-glued this bad-boy to her body before she left home. Needless to say, at 37, this woman is aging almost perfectly and the fact that she kills it whenever she’s on the big screen doesn’t hurt either!

Kristen Connolly was another nice beautiful surprise. For those of you who don’t know her, check her out in ‘House of Cards‘ on Netflix.
