Amanda Bynes was seen leaving a nail salon in Los Angeles. Amanda can be seen smoking while waiting for her car at the valet. Assumingly, at 29, Amanda is still retired from acting.
I'm surprise that she's out and about. I thought her family had her committed to a psychiatric ward.
Not really sure you should be posting these pics. If she is not a celebrity anymore and just a person it kinda comes off as mean. She is obviously mentally ill and will probably need a lifetime of help just to get by.

Mental illness is a serious (often overlooked) issue to deal with, I wish her nothing but the best.
