The beautiful Jessica Alba was spotted at the beach with her family as she enjoys a nice Hawaiian vacation in Maui. I feel like we’ll get a few sets of bikini photos during this trip, so be on the lookout for those!

There were photos of Jessica with one of her girls, but we decided to leave those out on purpose. The recent ruling in the Gawker v. Hulk Hogan case has us a little afraid. It even has us questioning the viability of independent celebrity gossip blogs. Let’s face it, the risk/reward proposition is simply not in the favor of the writers or owners of thinly-financed blogs (in our case, very, very thinly-financed) when you can get blasted with privacy lawsuits from hawkish lawyers serving celebrities. I just find it odd how a racist celebrity like Hulk Hogan who goes around openly discussing his sex life can turn around and sue a website for $100M in damages once a sex-tape scandal breaks? It all seems very opportunistic, but then again, we have to keep in mind that it was all decided by a jury in FLORIDA, of all places! While somewhat doubtful, let’s pray Gawker can set things straight in the appeals court.

Everyone of those stories start off by saying this rumor came from MediaTakeOut which they admit is very shady and not reliable. And the juiciest piece of information they have is that they were seen together having dinner around the same time Jessica and Cash split up. All these stories are the same story just copied and pasted on different sites, with exception of one story that says 50 wants to be in a movie with Jessica. OH NO...STOP THE PRESSES. The only way to interpret that is that they are fuck buddies.


And to be honest, let's just say Jessica and 50 did hook up one night and took some intimate pictures together while she was on the rebound from Cash. Who the fuck cares? Name one person on planet Earth that has not slept with someone that they regret, or wasn't in their right state of mind when they did so.
