    Notice how far apart her boobs are. She has a wide ribcage with wide set tits. Implants would not look, they would be almost under her armpits.

    I thought they are just bad boob jobs. I would think a good plastic surgeon would be able to make them look better.

    What about nipples/areolas? A surgeon would have to cut them out and place in a different spot. That would leave scarring.
    You can’t just change nipple direction without cutting it completely and sewing in a new spot. OUCH!!!!
