“Colossal,” a new sci-fi comedy flick, initially screened at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival last September, but will finally go into wide-release later this weekend. The film, which is written & directed by Spanish filmmaker Nacho Vigalondo, stars Anne Hathaway, Jason Sudeikis, and Simon Pegg. Here’s more about the film’s somewhat odd plot:
After losing her job and boyfriend in New York, Gloria (Anne Hathaway) moves back to her hometown only to discover how strangely connected she is to an enormous Kaiju attacking Seoul, South Korea. Source
