I’m not even sure if there’s such thing as “sexy fashion crack,” but if there was, I’m pretty sure whatever it is that this Halsey chick wore to the MTV Movie Awards would probably fall into that category. Let’s face it, if a fat chick was wearing this, we probably wouldn’t be posting it up. I’m still not sure if should’ve busted out one of our brown bags or not? You guys can be the judge of that…
