“Pain & Gain” Movie Set: The Rock Drives A Chrysler Prowler! Really?

These were snapped yesterday afternoon as The Rock finished shooting his scenes on his upcoming new flick, “Pain & Gain,” also starring the equally buff Mark Wahlberg. I always imagined someone like The Rock rolling in a monster truck or at the least one of those over-sized Ford F150 pickups, but I guess that’s not the case.
Anyway, with regards to “Pain & Steriods”—I mean—“Pain & Gain,” the film is directed by none other Michael Bay, so you thought The Rock & Mark Wahlberg look big in these candid photos, just wait until Michael Bay gets done with post-production! Holy shit. According the flick’s Wiki, the film is based on a 2000 Miami New Times article by investigative journalist Pete Collins revolving around “a couple of Florida steroid-abusing knucklehead bodybuilders who become criminals involved in an extortion ring and a kidnapping plot that goes horribly awry (source).” The film is being labeled as a “black-comedy” for some reason, but the only notable black dude I’m seeing listed as a cast member is Anthony Mackie.
